@FAQ’s

  • Comfortable workout attire, grip socks for safety and sanitary reasons. Don’t have them, don’t worry, we have a full retail section with lots of selections. Don’t forget your water. We do have a H20 refilling station.

  • If you are new to reformer pilates, we recommend starting with our @foundation class to help get a better understanding of the machine and how it moves and supports you. It’s good to begin with at least 3-5 FOUNDATION classes or private sessions before attending to set yourself up for success. If your schedule does not allow for this, our instructors teach to offer modifications if needed and “challenges” for each exercise so you can customize any workout to your needs and experience level.

  • Our certified instructors will guide you through the basics of the reformer machine. Please let instructors know of any injuries or pregnancy so modifications can be offered if needed. Expect a full body workout that enhances core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

  • Please come 10 min early so you can get a tour of the studio and an equipment demo. Late arrival may result in a refusal to participate in class.

  • First and foremost, listen to your body. We recommend coming 1 or 2x a week to compliment any other forms of exercises you may be doing. Three or four times a week you will begin to see and feel noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, balance and calming of the mind.

  • Yes! Instructors are trained to accommodate clients and injuries. Please notify your instructor if you do have any injury so they can offer proper modifications. If you want a class tailored to assist with your specific injury, we recommend scheduling a private session with one of our coaches.

  • Pilates is a great low impact workout to practice before, during and after pregnancy. If you are brand new to pilates or working out in general, a private may be your best option before joining a group class. If less than 20 weeks pregnant and you are comfortable on a reformer, you can choose the format you wish to take. If over 20 weeks pregnant, we recommend @foundations or @unwind or a private session. Consult with your physician prior to attending.

  • We limit class sizes to 10 people to allow instructors to give clients personalized, individual attention. This means classes can fill up quickly. If the class isfull, you will have the option to join the waitlist.

    If you do not get a spot in class, or your leave the waitlist before our 12 hour window, that class will be returned to your account. If you are added in to class, you will receive an email notification. If you are added from the waitlist within the 12 hour window, the cancellation policy still applies. Anyone added to class from the waitlist who does not attend a class will be considered a “no show”.

  • Log in to your account within the @ccessory app and select “my schedule”. There it will confirm if you made it into the class or still on the waitlist. It will give you the option to remove yourself if you do not think you will be able to attend.

  • Out of respect for our members, the @ccessory has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Classes can be canceled through our app or website. If you cancel prior to the 12 hour window, there is zero penalty and your class will be returned to your account. If you can cancel within the 12 hour window, you will forfeit the credit and be charged a $10 late fee. A no show will result in a loss of class and a $20 charge.
