Sydney is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and a former two-sport collegiate athlete who’s passionate about creating a supportive, team-driven movement experience. With a background in business and project management, she brings structure, energy, and clarity to every class. Her teaching style blends flowing, athletic sequences with an emphasis on alignment and feel-good movement while synced to a playlist that keeps you motivated and in the moment.
Pilates became especially meaningful to Sydney after recovering from a back injury; it helped her return stronger, more balanced, and more connected to her body than ever before. When she’s not teaching, Sydney enjoys skiing, long walks with her dog and husband, playing paddle, and listening to Taylor Swift (She promises only to play 1 song per class unless asked otherwise ;)

Bree is a Mat Pilates, Barre, and Reformer instructor with training through Barre Body and a lifelong passion for movement.
