  • Sydney is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and a former two-sport collegiate athlete who’s passionate about creating a supportive, team-driven movement experience. With a background in business and project management, she brings structure, energy, and clarity to every class. Her teaching style blends flowing, athletic sequences with an emphasis on alignment and feel-good movement while synced to a playlist that keeps you motivated and in the moment.

Pilates became especially meaningful to Sydney after recovering from a back injury; it helped her return stronger, more balanced, and more connected to her body than ever before. When she’s not teaching, Sydney enjoys skiing, long walks with her dog and husband, playing paddle, and listening to Taylor Swift (She promises only to play 1 song per class unless asked otherwise ;)

  • Bree is a Mat Pilates, Barre, and Reformer instructor with training through Barre Body and a lifelong passion for movement. She grew up as a competitive swimmer and went on to swim at the collegiate level before an injury ended her career early, ultimately guiding her into the world of group fitness.

What began as cross-training quickly became a calling. While in college, Bree interned at boutique studios, assisted in classes, and began working her way toward teaching certifications. Today, she brings that same resilience and athletic awareness into every class she teaches. Her sessions blend precise cueing, functional strength, and an encouraging, grounded energy.

Bree also holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, which has strengthened her ability to connect with clients, create welcoming class experiences, and build community through meaningful communication.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her baking something sweet, exploring thrift stores, or hiking with her boyfriend and dog.

  • Starting my journey into esthetics in 2002 was about finding an answer to my own onset of adult acne in my early thirties. Having never had a pimple—let alone acne—it was very challenging. I did all the usual things: picking, acids, astringents, masks—anything to make it look better—while all the while it only looked worse.

Finally, I decided to take an esthetics course, hoping this would be the answer. It wasn’t—but eventually I figured it out through the philosophy that sometimes less is more, and sometimes more is more… plus earning my esthetics license.

Twenty-four years later, I have worked with top product lines and services to address skin concerns and build lasting relationships with my clients. The industry is very different from when I started, but with the right service, product, and care, it is essentially the same: enhance the skin you have.

And smile—everyone looks their best with a smile and a fabulous moisturizer.

  • Gina is a thoughtful and passionate esthetician whose goal is to leave every client feeling better than they came in. Gina is from the Philly area and loves to do yoga, pilates, hikes, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends. Gina has had her own struggles with her skin which inspired her career in esthetics. She is always excited to help her clients achieve their skin goals. Gina can’t wait to meet you and leave you feeling confident and happy with each treatment!
